Rent by Mail FAQWhen you click on the Apply Now link you will be brought to a form. There you can fill in your name, and a list of 20 films that you want to see. Once you've submitted your list we'll be asking for your mailing address, email address, phone number and credit card information. This information is completely secure and will not be shared with any third parties. 4 (or 2)of the movies from your list will then be mailed to you on the next business day, and your credit card will be charged the rental cost of 17.99 +GST (or 9.99 +GST). You then have up to a month to watch the films at your leisure and send them back. Included with the DVDs is a self addressed stamped envelope, so there is no extra postage fee or hassle for you. All you have to do is drop it in the mail. Once we've received your films we will mail another 4 from your list and your credit card will be charged again. If you do not want your next films, simply email us, or drop a small note into your package to let us know. Your films are mailed within 1 business day of your order being placed. Depending on where you live it can then take anywhere from 2 to 5 shipping days for the films to arrive at your door. We are currently working on getting our entire catalogue online. You can see what we have listed so far HERE. That being said, we encourage you to ask for any DVD you're looking for. If we don't have what you want we will do what we can to add it to our catalogue. So the more you ask for, the better our selection becomes! Email us the films and we'll add them to your file. You can update your list at anytime! If you’re looking for the Director's Cut of Blade Runner, or the Criterion Collection release of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas please specify these details in your list. For many, such details do not matter, but if you're expecting to get certain special features it's important to let us know. Otherwise, you will be sent the first version that is available. Films are due back 30 days after they arrive at your door. If they are not returned by that date you will be given a short leeway period, after which the films will be charged to your credit card. We will take every precaution to ensure you know when your films are due. The return mail date will be written on your package. We will also send you a friendly reminder email a week before they are due back. If films are not returned by the due date we will attempt to contact you by phone and let you know. Replacement costs can vary greatly from film to film, depending on it's availability, and the quality and demand for the DVD. It can be as low as $10, but there really is no cap on how high it can go. Some of our films are discontinued and would literally cost us hundreds of dollars to replace. Such films are flagged and you will be notified if one is on your list. Absolutely. Our phone number is listed at the top of our website, and we'd be happy to hear from you. You can phone any time during our business hours: Monday - Wednesday: 12 pm to 10 pm Thursday - Sunday: 11 am to 11pm (Times are Mountain Time)
